Book Update
I was informed that I was giving out too much information about the book, so I will be typing about the progress of the book instead. The last few blogs were repeating. So, the book is going well so far. I will be starting my cover in a few days. It will not be too extravagant with many colors and illustrations like a regular book. The colors will be grey and maybe black. The layout is probably going to be dull without too much excitement. The main part I would like to talk about is how this book inspired me. It will teach many young readers, like myself, to accept their differences and treat them as blessings. Many people would love to stick out or feel like they are different from the rest, but many are not able to. Maybe society will not allow them, or maybe people will make fun of them for being different. The fact of the matter is, everyone is similar and different in their own way.

Progress on the book.
So far I have some drafts for the book. I am still deciding to either draw a cover or just put the title in italics or a fancy font. It will be about ten chapters and each paragraph has five pages. It will be very short, but full of fun times and good laughs. The book can be finished by late December or early January. I am writing it by myself without a illustrator. I decided to draw my own pictures, if I want to include them in the book. It is formal, so the only illustration will be the cover. My idea was to either use one of my favorite quotes as inspiration or draw a girl traveling a path that goes nowhere. It will be fun to read and maybe I can get it published. It is only a few pages, but it will be filled with inspiration and quotes that relate to that chapter.

Book
The book is coming along really well. The same things apply to the last few posts. Maybe you would like to learn about my inspiration for writing this book. The life of Georgia is similar to my own sisters. Her dream was to move and become a actress. She also has a male friend that is there for her through every step of the way. She have some aspects of her life that does not apply to my own sisters. My sister is not as open as the character, but she will speak her mind. Her best friend Ashton is about the same as my sisters best friend. He is brave and will not take no for an answer. He has his limits to what he will do. The uncle is similar to my own uncle. He is like a father to me since my mom and dad are divorced. He is very encouraging and believes in what I want to do and will help me the whole way through my journey.

The Novel
My novel is going well so far. It will be quite short, but it will be filled with adventure, romance, and drama. It will be at least 50 pages with a chapter per 10 pages. There will be no drawings so you can imagine the scene for yourself. It will feel like you're actually in the book. You can either be Georgia, the rebel, or Ashton, the care free best friend. It will be a serious book with funny points in the book so it will not be gloomy. I also changed the title to The Confusing Life Of Georgia. It is about a make believe character, but she may contain traits that are the same as your own. Her story is confusing and will help you solve some of your own life problems as well. The uncle will be a big part of the book as well. He will be a guide through her life and maybe become a role model of yours. I know this book may not be published, but I know it will be fun to read. Hope you enjoy reading!

My Novel
So far, my book is going well. The main character Georgia is still going through the same stuff she did before. Her best friend Ashton is developing feelings for Georgia. She does not realize it until the end. She moved before he could tell her. She changed her number and her name. The fame was getting to her. The only reason why she became famous was so she could support herself and her Uncle John. He was the only family she had, then she lost him forever. She finds her true self and moves back. She finds out Ashton moved away with his new family and uncle John passed away. She start to flashback to her life before the fame and decided she wanted to be the person she was before. The talent started to fade away after a few weeks without productivity. The public ignored her, and the fans she once had went away. She never thought it would end like this and she went into a deep depression. She was never able to support herself. The only thing she supported was her selfishness. She breaks down crying wondering, ¨Why would this happen to me?¨ She thinks it is the end until all the dark skies become baby blue and the gloomy atmosphere is lighten by the sun beaming a bright yellow ray of sunshine. Everything comes back like it was just a dream. A terrifying dream...some can call it a nightmare.

First, I would like to revise my comic strip into a short novel. The setting and the actions would not fit well into the comic. My thoughts about the characters are they all have different likes and dislikes. Like Georgia, for example, she is a free spirited person with a will to make her dream come true. Her best friend is very anxious and thinks before he acts. The cats can teach them that they really need each other. They are similar in some aspects of their personalities, but overall, they could not be more different. The house she lives in an old art studio that was transformed into her home. She always created art, but never tried to share her gift. She earns money to move to Hollywood and makes it big. She is a well known movie star, but realized very quickly, she needed everyone she had before the fame and fortune. She moves back and she searches everywhere and could not find anyone. Ashton, the cats, Uncle John....they were all gone. She search the world and finds out that her uncle passed away, Ashton got a wife and started a family, and the cats were put to sleep. She never realized how powerful a bond could be. She regrets ever moving and earning a fortune. She would trade it all to get the ones she loved back. That is the main parts of the novel and hope you would like to read more!

My Comic Strip Details
My comic strip is called Laughs Unlimited. The main character is Georgia Irwin. Her best friend is Ashton Mattox. Georgia works at Starbucks. She has a very lively sense of humor. The best friend however, is very stubborn and does not listen to anyone. Ashton has short, brown, wavy, wears a bandana across his forehead about everywhere he goes, he is very tall, and is as silly as Georgia. Georgia is tall, bleach blonde and hates Marvel . Her mentor through it all is her uncle John Jones. Georgia lives in Australia with her two cats Tom and Timmy. All her family members have moved or passed away except her uncle John. Her major dream is to be a movie star and live an amazing life. She is twenty-one years old. With everyone supporting her, she has nothing to be afraid of everything. She somehow makes enough money to live her dream and tries to decide if it was the right decision. She leaves everything behind to achieve her dream.
